GPI MARKETPLACE

Terms of Service

Version 1.3 - Effective October 24, 2026. By using GP Marketplace after the effective date, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Do not send electronics or fragile items through GPI. GPI does not provide item insurance or voluntarily reimburse damage to any item, during transport, storage or handover. Rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded still apply.

Who operates GPI

GPI is operated by Cheikhe Ahmadou Tidiane Tall in his individual capacity in Georgia, United States. Contact: bloatedticks@gmail.com. GPI connects clients with independent transporters and certifiers; GPI does not itself carry, store, inspect or take custody of items.

Eligibility and truthful information

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the relevant agreements. Provide accurate account, item, destination and customs information. Do not impersonate another person, conceal contents, falsify documents or evade applicable law. Use only routes and services that are lawful and supported by the relevant providers.

Electronics and fragile items are prohibited

Do not offer, send, accept, collect or hand over electronics or fragile items through GPI. This includes phones, computers, tablets, televisions, cameras, electronic accessories, glassware, ceramics and other items easily broken or damaged. Packaging, a transporter agreement or certifier approval does not create an exception. Transporters and certifiers must refuse these items.

Maximum total contents value: $300 USD

Maximum total contents value: $300 USD per delivery, including everything in the package. Declare the truthful current value, separately from the delivery fee. Do not split a shipment across bookings to avoid the limit. Declared value is not insurance, a reimbursement promise or a legal cap on liability. Electronics and fragile items remain prohibited at any value.

Other prohibited contents and packaging

Do not send illegal, stolen or counterfeit goods, weapons, ammunition, explosives, unauthorized controlled substances, dangerous goods requiring specialist carriage, cash, live animals or unidentified contents. Check origin, transit, destination, airline and customs rules. Clients must declare contents truthfully, use suitable packaging for permitted items and provide required permits. Transporters must independently check lawful carriage; certifiers must check the items they receive.

No GPI damage coverage or insurance

GPI does not provide item insurance, a damage compensation fund or a delivery guarantee. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GPI excludes liability for damage to any item, whether during collection, certifier storage, transport, handover or delivery. GPI does not voluntarily pay repair costs, replacement value or compensation for item damage. This applies to all items, not only prohibited electronics or fragile items. Fees, identity checks, certification and condition photos do not buy or establish coverage.

Mandatory rights and participant responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where exclusion is unlawful, or any consumer right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These terms do not remove a transporter or certifier responsibility imposed by law. Prohibited contents do not automatically cancel mandatory rights. Obtain independent advice about any separate insurance; GPI does not arrange it or promise that coverage is available.

Agreements, custody and payment

Agree the item, price, currency, dates, destination and handover terms before payment. A certifier-routed delivery requires transporter acceptance. Never hand over an item before payment is recorded. Required condition photos record visible condition, not insurance or proof of contents. Review the total and processing fee before paying. A transfer to a Stripe account is not a bank payout. Delivery status alone does not release funds; unconfirmed deliveries enter administrator review 10 calendar days after the agreed arrival date, not automatic payout.

Damage reports, disputes and refunds

If an item is missing, damaged or not as agreed, do not confirm satisfactory receipt. Report the issue from the delivery page, keep packaging and condition evidence, and use the dispute or support process. A report does not guarantee compensation or a refund. Review of delivery charges, cancellation rights and payment-provider remedies is separate from compensation for item damage. The no-coverage policy does not prevent a dispute, a lawful refund, a chargeback right or a claim against a responsible participant.

Account conduct and changes to these terms

Protect your credentials and respect others’ privacy. Do not threaten participants, manipulate reviews or misuse payments. Transporters must complete accepted deliveries and promptly communicate if a serious issue prevents delivery. If a transporter fails to deliver an accepted item without a reasonable, verifiable justification, GPI may investigate and suspend or otherwise restrict the transporter’s account, including while a review is pending. GPI may consider relevant evidence, communications and steps taken to protect and inform the client. A suspension or restriction may also temporarily affect a certifier linked to the delivery, including their account access or ability to participate in it, while GPI reviews the matter. GPI may separately restrict a certifier based on the certifier’s own conduct or role, safety concerns or legal requirements; association with a transporter alone does not establish fault. GPI will provide notice and an opportunity to respond where appropriate and legally permitted. Restrictions do not erase outstanding obligations, refund or dispute rights, or other mandatory rights. Material terms changes require appropriate notice and renewed acceptance where required. Changes do not retroactively rewrite paid delivery agreements or remove accrued rights.
